New EVENT CALENDAR has been added to work alongside the renamed CAPACITY CALENDAR.
- The new EVENT CALENDAR is multidimensional in its ability to display respective Project, Work Order, Task, and Employee dates both individually or in combination, for any desired period of time.
- Each Data type’s respective date may be color-coded for easy identification. (i.e. Project, Work Order, Task, and Employee).
- Various tally views may also be selected for each time and data type selection such as sheet count.
- Usage examples might be looking at how many bids or quotes are due within the current or next two months, displayed daily.
- Alternately, a view of each Assembly Task start date, duration, and total quantity of budgeted Assembly hours during a selected time period.
- Hovering over a displayed item will also produce a pop-out view offering context-sensitive, additional information such as a displayed task with its pop-out showing the task checklist status, notes, and real-time percent of labor expended against its labor budget.
- Displayed dates may also be exported with a simple mouse click to an Outlook Calendar.
