A new EVENT CALENDAR has been added to work alongside the renamed CAPACITY CALENDAR.

The new EVENT CALENDAR is multidimensional in its ability to display respective Project, Work Order, Task, and Employee dates both individually or in combination, for any desired period.

Each Data type’s respective date may be color-coded for easy identification. (i.e. Project, Work Order, Task, and Employee).

Various tally views may also be selected for each time and data type selection such as sheet count.

Usage examples might be looking at how many bids or quotes are due within the current or next two months, displayed daily.

Alternately, a view of each Assembly Task start date, duration, and total quantity of budgeted Assembly hours during a selected period.

Hovering over a displayed item will also produce a pop-out view offering context-sensitive, additional information such as a displayed task with its pop-out showing the task checklist status, notes, and real-time percent of labor expended against its labor budget.

Displayed dates may also be exported with a simple mouse click to an Outlook Calendar.
