Features of the new Event Calendar tool include:

- The ability to display respective Project, Work Order, Task, and Employee event dates individually or in combination, for any desired period.
- The respective dates of each event type (e.g., project, work order, task, and employee) may be color-coded for easy identification.
- Various tally views, such as sheet count, may also be selected for each time and data type selection.
- Usage examples:
- See all bids or quotes which are due within a user-specified time period.
- Display any or all Project or Work Order Milestone Dates in combination with respective Project or Work Order tasks including visually displayed task durations.
- View each Assembly Task start date, duration, and total quantity of budgeted Assembly hours during a user-specified time period.
- Choose to display Events in TimeLine, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Agenda views.
- Hover over any event on the Event Calendar to get a pop-out display view that includes additional, context-sensitive, information such as a task checklist status, notes, and real-time percent of labor expended against its labor budget, and or percentage of materials received.
- Displayed dates are easy to export to an Outlook Calendar.
